I cannot explain how important college football is to me and how it has been to every member of my family. I live in Florida and I graduated from the University of Alabama. My heart is with my team every game day. My son has a pharmacy in Florida and has Alabama banners everywhere in his store. Brand new Home Didn’t Appraise And with the Builder’s preferred lender! Nature provides us with so much. Today I thank God for sparing us in Florida from Hurricane Irene. And I am so glad that the earth quake of yesterday did not hurt residents and badly damage the East Coast.  Natural happenings seem to have been very active this year. I remember the feeling I had when I watched atornado go through my home town of Birmingham, Alabama on TV. How do we fix our economy?  The specialist commented  that if you have a job and feel secure about it, then you should go ahead and take advantage of the great interest rates we are now. Horses are very healing. I have experienced how my horse farm helped to heal my family and me after experiencing  a tragic loss. Just joined a cute new group on Active Rain called Yep, Sold. I expect to show up on that site often. This property is in the ALMOST SOLD LIST. I laugh to myself about that because it has been a short sale and I was the processor. Processing a short sale and being successful makes one be as creative as possible to out fox the negotiator and all concerned. Short Sale proccessing is testy and such a challenge. Have you every had the opportunity to work with a Laughing Buyer? Instead of a stressful day with a grumpy buyer, I have to say it was an enoyable day of laughter. I did my homework and had everything that my buyer had requested. I was prepared to sell this client a property. He was very qualified and was a cash buyer. I noticed the first showing was a #9 without the signed offer. Of course a  10 is a SIGNED OFFER.  The showings were so great that I knew this was going to be a successful day. Yesterday I had the opportunity to show a family some of our equestrian properties in Palm City Farms, Palm City, Florida. We have several neighborhoods that offer different styles of living, especially enjoying sports of all kind. My client was a father and young daughter looking for a place that she could have a pony.
