Meadow  Run, in Palm City Farms, Palm City, Fl is beginning to start development.The market slowed down for a while but seems to have returned and homes are being built.  This is a nice gated community with five acre lots. Just recently I called my listing client to tell them I would be coming to their property in thirty minutes. I also emailed about myarrival. This property had been inspected and I thought I knew everything there was to know about the property.  I arrived, rang the bell, the door opened about five inches, there was no response. I stood there and within seconds, I had two pit bulls  launching at me and hit me on each shoulder. I landed about twelve feet off the balcony porch on my tail bone, and had two pit bulls circling on top of me. Finally, the owner realized the dogs were out and they came to get them off.  This felt like it went on and on. I had never seen the pit bulls nor was told about them.
