In that post I went over the laws about advertising in Florida and what the state requires. On Craigslist I have seen and continue to see gross violations of these Laws. It is a shame to see this because I do advertise on this site and really believe it is a wonderful marketing tool.         Legends at the Gardens is a completely friendly community located near William T. Hey! Did you know that Lawyers, Doctors and CPA's can get 100% financing on owner occupied office condos at great rates! Not only can they get 100% financing on the purchase, but 100% on the build out and on equipment leases! As a Mortgage Broker in Northern Palm Beach County, Florida (Palm Beach Gardens) yes part of how I get paid is from the end Investor (Lender) in the form of YSP (Yield Spread Premium).                        My grandparents Ruth and Jim Jacobs and I went to a concert of Saturday night at the Eissey Campus Theater to see Jewel. She was a special guest to a concert celebrating inspiring, young musicians with the goal to help them reach their dreams. This would make it possible for them to receive their instruments, or maybe even help them get into schools and such.             When we first got there, there were a lot of people and right then I could tell this was going to be awesome. Being a Mortgage Broker in South Florida (Palm Beach County) and with the Market shift from purchases to Refinance of current loans I think maybe the heat gets to people.  Then again, maybe it is myself who is getting older and the older I get the more stories I have heard but just tell me the truth.                               I have a reputation as the "Go To Broker" because of my research and the time that I will spend on a file to make sure it works for all parties.  So many Clients feel that we just work for them yet they fail to realize or job's are really to work as a middle man (Sorry Ladies) between the Investor (Lender) and the Client while we stay in the middle.  For those of us who have been through a divorce we really are just a mediator.Now to the Reader Digest Version: ...

The powers-that-be at PGA National have posted the newest update to the change in access to the property:Starting February 1st, 2008 access to PGA National will be restricted to Residents ONLY between 9 PM and 6 AM.I, along with many other owners in this prime piece of Palm Beach real estate, hope that 24 hour restricted access can't be too far behind.Not just for the safety that it provides or the restriction of  through traffic between PGA Boulevard and Northlake. Congratulations you just applied for your Mortgage through your Mortgage Professional and made it through all those pages of either initialing or signing.
