In the recent past as everyone is well aware the market was so HOT that buyers could barely have anytime to look and think about the home they just saw before someone else made an offer. Each month I pick a property that I  think is a great buy. My good deal of the month, is a newer, riverfront condominium listed for $359,900.This lovely, gated community (Venetian Bay) was built in 2004 by M.H.
