The parade will take place on Saturday, December 12, 2009 and begin at Oviedo High School at 3:00 p.m. The parade will head down CR 426 and conclude at the Gymnasium and Aquatic Facility, where a business expo and VIP admission to Snow Mountain will begin at 4:00 p.m. General admission to Snow Mountain will begin at 5:00 p.m Christmas tree lighting with Santa will take place at 5:30 p.m.

The following are the market sales statistics for Oviedo, Seminole County, Florida for October 2009.  Oviedo is made up of the zip codes of 32765 & 32766, which is partly considered Chuluota.  For purposes of this analysis we are only splitting the data according to single-family homes vs, condominiums, townhomes and villas.   A couple of definitions are in order. The median sales price means that 50% of the homes sold for more and 50% of the homes sold for less during a certain period of time - in other words, it's the midpoint of sale prices.
