Ormond By The Sea Florida Homes sold 2015 Through the Daytona Beach Area Realtors® Association Multiple Listing Service (MLS) there were 254 Ormond By The Sea, Florida homes sold in 2015.  Lenders were involved in 36 of the sales, either a short sale or foreclosure. The highest priced home sold was a 3 bedroom on John Anderson Dr for $1,2000,000 and the lowest priced was a 2 bedroom 1 bath on Carol Rd. for $70,000.   The number of Ormond By The Sea Florida homes sold in 2013 was much higher than the 183 sold in 2010.
