Very excited to get listing in North Port Florida.  The listing agreement had to be signed by 5 people so it took a bit to get back to me.  When I got it I quickly went to the house to take photos and prepare to post in the MLS.  When I got there the front entry was guarded by spiders as big as my hand.  They had spun a web in front of the entrance.  I felt if I touched the web I would have been attacked.  There were 5 of these just above the front door all as big as my hand.  I did get inside and just maneuvered around the web very careful not to touch it and I took my photos and ran.  I have to admit I felt like a few of them came home with me but it was my imagination running away with me.  This is not a first good impression whatsoever.  It is tough enough in todays real estate mark...
