Fewer sales in North Palm Beach during January, but they were good ones! January home sales in North Palm Beach were respectable in number with the number of luxury homes closing bringing us to the highest monthly median price since March of last year and that was certainly an abnormal month. During January our local MLS system shows a total of 7 successful closings as of this mornings’ update. That compares with 14 sales in December but within the range we have been seeing over the past 7 months While sales last month were steady they were also across spread across all price categories with the exception of the $750,001 to $1,000,000 category. December homes sales in North Palm Beach were SPECTACULAR!     Welcome to our first sales report of 2011 and what a way to start off the new year. Interest rates were down the first week of the year and now I have the pleasure to report that December single family home sale in North Palm Beach jumped off the chart from November levels. It also was tied as our second highest sales month of 2010 and a sign that things are moving in the right direction.
