Change is good. I recently made a huge major decision. A decision that I have actually been considering for many many years, so it wasn't one that wasn't well thought out and deliberated on. After working with numerous large franchise brokerages, I made the giant leap into my own company. The large franchise brokerage no longer seemed like a good fit for me and my business.I no longer wanted to be bound by layers of corporate policies that seemed stifling and restrictive.
