The Naples real estate market can vary greatly by subdivision and by single family home or condominium ownership. So for a potential buyer or seller in the Naples area, it important to know the median price trend within for both single family homes and condominiums.  The Vineyards is has both single family homes and condominiums the median price trend by quarter for calendars 2004 and 2005 are shown below for both types of ownership.As can be seen the peak for pricing took place in the second quarter of 2006 when the median price reached $1,135,400.  The fourth quarter of 2006 the median price dipped to $730,000 or about a 35.7% reduction in median price.The graph below shows the median price trend for the Vineyards condominium market.The prices reach a peak in the second quarter of 200...
