July 2025 Real Estate Market Update for Naples Florida The latest Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR®) July 2025 Market Report shows that the desire to own property in Southwest Florida continues to drive a stable and competitive housing market. Buyers remain confident, pending sales surged nearly 20% compared to last year, and sellers are pricing strategically to meet today’s demand.
