Are you considered fast or slow?  I am coinsidered a fast movement person.  My husband is consdered slow.  While I am on T, he is on C.  My husband and I are totally different.  I am the bunny rabbit and he is the turtle and it used to drive me up the wall for me to speak with him in the middle of my workday especially when I am scheduled to take a call in five-minutes.  I admit we did survive; but for the last ten years, it's been a breath of fresh air.    Keep in mind, I do everything fast:  Type, eat, talk, write, think, work, have fun, etc.   When I blog, speak to others, do videos, etc., I normally go by my life's experience.  I am a life-time learner but there are sometimes that we speak to others and treat others based on our life's experience. I did not get my aha moment on trul... 04/19/2020

 In real estate, it doesn’t matter if you are a top-producer or a none-producer, we should still understand the importance of following up. And this doesn’t mean just following up to get the sale, it’s doing so throughout the entire process and with everyone involved. Here are some examples: Showings: Some agents have lots of listings but no assistant. They end up getting bombarded with calls that they cannot answer, forcing the calls to voicemail. Often those calls are never returned, especially if they already have a contract on the property, and using showing instruction is just a waste of time for the selling agent.
