7673 Ramona Street, Miramar, FL 33023   Green Realty Properties was the Listing Brokerage and Selling Brokerage firm in this sale that closed on June 15, 2012. I listed the home and Chris Green had the perfect buyer for it!   This was yet another very sought after home that we listed. The location and the price brought in a lot of interest, and we couldn’t keep up with the number of inquiries that came in for this property. Our very own Chris Green brought in the strongest offer, and the Sellers were able to have peace of mind knowing that they had a very patient and educated Buyer.   This short sale hit a lot of bumps at the beginning (it was assigned to 4-5 different vendors before one stuck and processed the short sale). We had to escalate it up to the short sale gods after mo... 06/23/2012

17441 SW 29 Ct, Miramar, FL 33029 ~ Marina Pointe at Silver Lakes     This home was a hot one! The Seller received 12 offers within a week and was able to choose the best and highest. We have been very fortunate with great and cooperative Sellers, and this family was no exception. There was nothing that we asked of them that they didn’t do right away (of course always in furtherance of their short sale). We’re very happy that we were able to help this family move on to their new country after a forced work relocation. The Buyer’s Agent and Buyer were great throughout the short sale process, and we know that the Buyer is very happy with his new home. Congratulations to everyone, and thank you for allowing us to help you move into a new phase in your lives. Green Realty Properties was ... 04/26/2012

After 14 long months of negotiating a HAFA Short Sale with Bank of America, I am extremely pleased and excited to announce that we finally closed this short sale last week! We had the most absolute wonderful Sellers, so I’m really very happy that they were able to walk away deficiency free and with some incentives.   This short sale was a marathon. Despite our Sellers being extremely engaged and doing everything by the book, we ran into a dead end with the 1st Buyer because he wasn’t able to secure financing once we received the short sale approval (not because we hadn’t done our job in vetting the pre-approval, but because the loan officer had lied to us). After much scrambling and begging, we were able to keep the short sale open and secure a 2nd Buyer. The 2nd time around went much s... 03/19/2012

The real joy of life is in its play.  Play is anything we do for the joy and love of doing it, apart from any profit, compulsion, or sense of duty.  It is the real living joy of life. It is so easy to let ourselves get caught up with work and routine, that we forget to experience a daily dose of joy. I confess, I am guilty of depriving myself of joy.  I ask, how joyful are you? Are you getting you fair share?     09/14/2011
