The Lighthouse Tower is planned to reach 817 feet high with an actual lighthouse beacon on top. All in there will be 70 stories of condominium units (384), parking for 516 cars, a spa and pool deck on the 55th floor.The building directly on the mouth of the Miami river will also be "sail" like in design which in my opinion fits perfect. The approved 77 story tall  design will begin construction soon as the deal for the property has closed.  Miami's Urban Development Review Board just met to vote on updated designs for the Chetrit Group and JDS Development Group's massive Miami River development, which is still going by the generic working title 'Miami Riverwalk' at the moment. Below are some of the new renderings which look pretty amazing to me!  Local starquitect Kobi Karp has done the designs for this huge project along with interiors  done by Roman & Williams, known for their fantastical interiors.
