I recently did a search for a client who is looking for 2 bedroom/2 bathroom oceanfront condos for under $950,000. I found 17 condos that range in price from $400,000 to $950,000. Many of the condos are in buildings built after 1990, however, a few are older. Note that some of the views are not direct views. Most of these are in nice buildings, so I have been selective in my choices, however, I take no responsibility for the decor of some of these apartments. I have tried to find the best of what is out there currently, and there are some good deals here.
