If you made 2015 the year to sell your Miami Beach home, that’s great news!  On the other hand if you are doing any research online you may be a little concerned because there has been a bit of chatter about more inventory on the market and longer selling times. In Miami Beach many of the neighborhoods are divided up by zip codes and searching this way is an easy way to find properties in a specific neighborhood. 33139 For instance if you are interested in buying in South Beach, the zip code for South Beach is 33139 and this also includes the single family home islands of Miami Beach like Star Island, Palm Island, Hibiscus Island and the Venetian Islands.  33139 runs approximately from 1st street to 23rd street and from the ocean to Biscayne Bay.
