Read my prior updates here on the Apollo condo.  Like all of Marco Island, there has been not much activity here as well.   In fact there were no sales in this building according to the Marco Area MLS in 2006, so to have one in 2007 is showing that there are some signs of activity slowly coming back to Marco Island.The Apollo has the most important thing when it comes to Real Estate -- Location! Location! Location!  Located right on the beach at the southern end of Marco Island's Crescent Beach.  It also allows daily rentals, so it made for a popular choice of investors.  There were no sales in 2006 for any units on the MLS for the Apollo. and currently there are no pending units.There are 6 1 bedroom units available with an average list  price of $541,117 and an average of 115 days on ...

Apollo is the southern most condo before the gated community of Cape Marco.   Amenties include a social room, pool, spa, sauna, tennis, covered parking and security.  There is a popular restaurant/bar in the ground floor where you can find many locals there to watch the sunset.  (personal note - the best French Onion Soup on the Island is served here).  The building was built in 1991 and there are 10 floors with a total of 90 units in the complex.  The end units (01 and 10) are three bedroom/2 bath units and the remaining (02-09) are 1 bedroom/1 bath units.  This condo allows for weekly rentals.Activity in this building:12 Active listings ranging $574,900 - $1,350,000There are no pending sales and since January 1, 2005 there have been 4 sales ranging from $623,000 - $1,000,000          ...
