Many people reaching out to me from my YouTube channels are asking about the Historic District in Lakeland. I went and made this video to answer many of their questions! 1- The Historic District includes Dixieland, Beacon Hill, and Lake Morton, though the style spills out past these areas. 2- Homes were built starting as early as 1902 (maybe earlier!)3- There is not a HOA or CDD in Dixieland.
