Many people reaching out to me from my YouTube channels are asking about the Historic District in Lakeland. I went and made this video to answer many of their questions! 1- The Historic District includes Dixieland, Beacon Hill, and Lake Morton, though the style spills out past these areas. 2- Homes were built starting as early as 1902 (maybe earlier!)3- There is not a HOA or CDD in Dixieland. The small(ish) gated community of Treymont was built by two builders, Highland homes and Tapia. See the Homes for sale in Treymont!These homes range from the 3 bedroom 2 bath 2 car garage homes and go to 4 bedroom 3 bath 3 car garages!
