Hi folks. As you know, I'm new to this Disney Vacation Club (DVC) resale stuff so I'm trying to learn how these Disney Vacation Club Memberships work. Here's what I learned today. DVC is based on a point system. You buy into the Disney Vacation Club by purchasing points. Once you have points you can use them at any of Disney's 5 resorts in Orlando. Or you can use them at their resorts in Hilton Head Island SC and Vero Beach Fl.Now here's where it get goods. You don't have to use all your points at the same resort. Think about that for a minute. This means you could take a week, or more, vacation and spread it around.For example, let's say you live in NJ and have a week or so of vacation time. Disney has announced plans to biuld a new DVC Resort in Hawaii, not North Korea. Many travelers feel that Hawaii is a much better vacationing spot than North Korea. I guess it is all up to one's own opinion. With all the trouble getting flights into North Korea and the lack of western style vacation fun things to offer, I feel Disney made the right decision. This is necessary for the documents to be recorded in the county records here in Orlando (http://www.timesharetitleandmore.com/), passing ownership to the buyer.  I have no idea what a notary charges in England but it is not a large sum of money.  You can look in your phone book under notary public  or call your solicitor and see if he does ... 07/05/2007
