The biggest of all is, you guessed it....where are you going to live?!?!The number on thing that people want when they are looking to relocate is information.  As it should be.  So why is it that so many Real Estate Agents that are contacted, the agents who are supposed to be the community experts and there to help people arn't even returning your phone calls or emails? I found the perfect community for my family.  It is located just south of Jacksonville in St. Johns County.  The owners of this community are Environmentally friendly and work to preserve land and wildlife in Florida.  My wife has fallen in love with our homesite purchased in the "Trails District" of this planned community, because she will be able to walk in nature and meet all her neighbors.  You can check it our yourself at http://www.joe.com/web/TownsAndHomes/RiverTown

And, when compared to the rest of Florida, real estate in Jacksonville is a downright bargain! In fact, according to a recent National Association of Home Builders/Wells Fargo Housing Opportunity Index, Jacksonville is the 68th-most affordable market of 158 markets surveyed nationwide. And in Florida, where prices have sky-rocketed, Jacksonville remained by far the most affordable major market, ahead of Tampa, Orlando and Miami. That's one of the reasons why so many Californians are relocating to our area. In fact, according to data compiled by the IRS, more people moved to Jacksonville from San Diego County than from any other county in the nation between 2...
