Pricing It Correctly

I've been working hard on getting the listing opportunties I generate to price the home correctly for today's market. Our current inventory (homes for sale) is just about 5 months over the entire Jacksonville area, and we've had multiple offer situations on several price points, typically lower, and some ultra high end properties move really quickly, so many sellers think now could be the time for them to make a sizable profit. I met with a seller recently and we looked at what the market data was telling us, we identified the "sweet spot" for her property, and we priced it to move within 60 days.
