I've been working hard on getting the listing opportunties I generate to price the home correctly for today's market. Our current inventory (homes for sale) is just about 5 months over the entire Jacksonville area, and we've had multiple offer situations on several price points, typically lower, and some ultra high end properties move really quickly, so many sellers think now could be the time for them to make a sizable profit. Nellie’s memory lives on at Marineland: Aquatic Park worth a visit A story in the St. Augustine Record appeared recently about the passing of Nellie, the longest-lived dolphin in human care. Her caretakers at Marineland Dolphin Adventure, an aquatic attraction located south of St. Augustine, said the Atlantic bottlenose dolphin was born Feb. 27, 1953 at Marineland. Nellie jumped through hoops and interacted with trainers at Marineland’s dolphin shows.   You may have heard a few little comments here and there about the upcoming improvements to Everbank Field, home to the Jacksonville Jaguars. I managed a sneak peek the other night, while at an event to kickoff the Everbank promotion offering a lucky homebuyer the chance to fly to London, England to watch an NFL game.  Of course, there were "no cameras, please" signs, but the event itself was quite nice. The event was a nice size: not too large to be a massive thing, but not so small that people were uncomfortable. The menu included: mini cottage pies, mini yorkshire puddings, mini beef wellingtons - it was fabulous!
