I fired a Buyer this morning. Here are the facts: She told me that a realtor she had been working with "doesn't call her back". She says that she has been pre-qualified. She will not tell me where she was pre-qualified. She will not tell me to whom she spoke. She will not give me any of the terms under which she was pre-qualed. She told me that the above information was "none of my business". She said she wouldn't be "wasting her time looking" if she couldn't buy. One of the things that surprises me the most about this area is the lack of really excellent sushi given that we live on the ocean! Buri Thai & Sushi goes a long way in correcting that issue. Located across the street from the ocean in Indialantic, Buri Thai & Sushi  is owned by the same man that made Thai Thai II a few blocks up the beach a success. The owner, Tat (who was trained in making sushi in Miami), sold Thai Thai II and opened up Buri Thai & Sushi  and I am glad he did!Uni (sea urchin) and fresh Ikura (Salmon Roe) are virtually impossible to find around here.
