So after a long hard weekend of constant work, I decided to retreat to Rogue River Taproom for some much needed relaxation. This is my restaurant, my respite, my "Cheers". Chef Dov hit is out of the park today, but then that's nothing new! Chef Dov is the chef at Rogue River Taproom. He is a former chef at The Fat Snook and Crush 11 and is upping his game at Rogue River. My friends and I just asked the chef to feed us...and feed us he did! We started with a fish dip that was amazing, creamy and sweet. Sweet may seem like an odd word to use for fish, but really it isn't. It just means that the fish is fresh. If you get a really "fishy" taste, it just means that it is old. This fish was sweet and no one flavor in the dip overpowered another. I give it 5 stars.We finished with the goat ch...
