While many people are not quite familiar with the USDA loan programs, they are very useful for rural areas and financing. And thier locations are all across the US. They often have a lower interest rate, with 100% financing and are lifesavers for those families with decent credit, but are in lower paying jobs. I recently came across this cool gadget, and no I don’t have one in my shower... yet! The Steam Shower Sound System from Amerec is designed for use in the high-moisture environment of a steam bath. The system features a waterproof FM radio with iPod interface, pre-amp outlet,  2-way remote control and two waterproof 6" flush-mount two-way speakers! I live in a military community, and after a recent visit to a military clinic, they gave me a prescription.  But when I took it to the pharmacy, they told me they were out of that medicine but would mail it to me in a couple of days.  So after giving my Scooby Doo head to the side look, I said mail?  Really?  Apparently so. Veterans and those eligible for TRICARE beneficiaries have several pharmacy options, including military pharmacies, TRICARE Pharmacy Home Delivery and 56,000 network pharmacies.  Military treatment facility (MTF) pharmacies fill prescriptions free of charge.   The Transportation Security Administration is expanding a program that’s designed to provide faster processing for traveling service members passing through the nation’s airports. TSA began testing the system in November 2011 at the Monterey Peninsula Airport in California, and has been expanded to Reagan-National Airport in Washington, D.C., and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport in Washington State. Another President Obama Veteran initiative which was initially rolled out October 2011 in conjunction with the American Jobs Act includes tax credits to make it easier for businesses to hire America's Veterans.  The American Logistics Association pledged to hire 25,000 veterans & and family members over the next two years.
