With 93 homes on the market and 12 homes sold in May, there is a 7.75 month supply of homes for sale in Eagle Harbor. When you spread that over the price range available, from the $130,000s to $999,000, the selection of homes in some price ranges is limited and could be less than 7 months. 6-7 months is considered a balanced market, so there is not really an over supply of homes for sale in Eagle Harbor.
