I have received an offer on this listing over a month and a half ago. The bank has accepted and we have worked out a deal that they are doing repairs with the accepted price they do seem to want to get a deal togather here. There was a lenghty list and Handyman Solutions had the best bid and they are moving right along. I had a quite a few companies out and everyone had commented on the lenght of the list for the VA appraiser to be requiring the deck to be pressure washed and watersealed was knocking them out.   I wanted to give a post on here for Handyman Solutions they are doing the complete job list except for the roof. Speegle Construction has been moving along with their building projects between doing the new school in Crestview and doing multiple jobs with the Northwest Florida State College. I have seen there signs it feels like everywhere around. I do like the upgrades that I have seen around this new location with the ball park and track and extended parking.
