A while back I wrote about an article that Cooper City Commissioner James Curran wrote in our local magazine, basically making the case for the 2012-2013 budget for the city. He wrote a follow up article, thanking everyone for their support, and breaking down where the money will be going. Cooper City will be spending a good chunk of their budget on infrastructure, as he had stressed the need for in the previous article. There will be a variety of improvements being made to our sidewalks, playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, city buildings, sports complex, roads, along with tree trimming and new pathway lighting.
