Hammock Pointe is a new subdivision in Clermont, Florida. It is really good to see new construction again and Hammock Pointe is one of those areas. The homes are being built by Taylor Morrison and are really beautiful. I had the opportunity to check out the Fremont model for a prospective buyer and it is really nice. 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, den, game room, 3 car garage and much, much more!!
