Clearwater Beach is a great place to watch the sun setting into the waters of the Gulf of Mexico and on a wonderful evening in Spring nothing could be more stunning! Driving home this afternoon I drove through Clearwater Beach Florida and naturally had to take a moment to snap a couple of photos to show what beautiful weather we are having here in the Clearwater area right now! Blue skies and sunshine! I cannot even begin to imagine ever living anyplace else! I really love living down here on Florida's Gulf Coast! Today it went up to 75 degrees and it seems pretty humid on top of that. I had a busy morning followed by an even busier afternoon. At around 1 pm I was wishing that I had worn shorts today! It is hard to believe that it is the end of the first week of January! The clients that I was showing condos to on Clearwater Beach were in shorts! While out showing properties this week I found myself on Sand Key in a condo that had a magnificent view of the Gulf of Mexico. Naturally, I always have my camera along, so I took time to snap a couple of photos to share. Nothing is as inviting as the water and we are lucky to have the Gulf of Mexico at our doorstep! Moving to Florida was one of the best decisions my parents ever made when I was a young child! I love it here! I can't imagine living anywhere else! Clearwater Beach Florida the week before Christmas and yes, the sky is blue, the sun is shining and the Gulf of Mexico is sparkling! This is what we have all come to expect and why we love living down here in the Sunshine State! While the rest of the nation is experiencing either torrential downpours or near blizzard conditions we have our usual beautiful weather. I have to admit that it is rather cool for this time of year, it was only in the mid-60's today, but compared to other sections of the country, I will take our 'cooler' temperatures any day! This is my second entry for this challenge and it involves previewing properties for clients up north. I have a client up in Pennsylvania that is interested in purchasing a condo down here close to the beaches with views of the Gulf of Mexico. She does not want to fly down without having more information, so I drove over to the complex in question and took a video of the condo, building it is in and the facilities along with about 50 photos. I sent everything up to my client with e-mail and the video was put in YouTube for her to view. Needless to say, she is planning on flying down to have a closer look. Enough with this cold weather! It is only the first week of December and the expected high today is only 56 degrees. This is FLORIDA and I am spoiled! While the rest of the nation may be freezing, we are NOT supposed to have weather this cold before Christmas and often not before New Years! We DO have beautiful blue skies and the sun is shining! I am sure our Canadian neighbors find this weather great, but for us Floridians, it is too cold too early this year!!!     12/07/2010

Island Estates is a beautiful place on Clearwater Beach Florida to live. Yesterday I was out there showing a condo that is bank owned. The price was just reduced to 330k. With beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and the intercoastal from the balcony, this 3 bedroom 3.5 bath condo with a 2 car garage is indeed worth considering! The building was built in 2007 and the condo itself is over 2000 sq ft! There are wood cabinets and granite countertops. This is such a fantastic location!
