PURCHASE AND REHAB YOUR HOME IN BROOKSVILLE FLORIDA WITH AN FHA 203(K) LOAN - Most home buyers are turned off at the sight or even thought of buying a fixer-upper; a foreclosure or an older home today. However, educated and informed home buyers are utilizing the FHA 203(k) loan to buy their new home and fix it up with no additional out-of-pocket expense. The FHA 203(k) loan is a tool that savvy home buyers, successful contractors, Realtors and mortgage originators have been using since 1978. An FHA 203(k) loan is very similar to the traditional FHA loan. The only real difference is that with the FHA 203(k) loan, the home buyer is adding money to their mortgage balance to finance-in any repair/improvement cost. Christmas Photo Challenge:  Remembering Rogers Christmas House, Brooksville, Florida Roger's Christmas House and Village in Brooksville, Florida, was one of those places that were truly magical.  Located in downtown Brooksville, Rogers Christmas House and Village was first established in 1969 and eventually occupied five historicbuildings that were connected with each other with boardwalks and garden paths.  Originally single family homes, the buildings had inviting porches with comfortable rocking chairs, I presume so that the wait for their wives was easier to bear for the gentlemen.  The inside of these houses were transformed into a Christmas Wonderland, each building with it's own theme, decorated from top to bottom and brimming with corresponding holiday merchandise, decorations, ...

December Sunday Morning Walking the streets of historic Brooksville, Florida, on this December Sunday Morning, I passed by the First United Methodist Church on South Broad Street.  The doors to the church caught my eyes with their clean and elegant lines that are accented by the simple wreath decorations indicating the Christmas season. Soon these doors will open on this December Sunday Morning.   This post is part of the Christmas Photo Challenge and included in the group by the same name.  Click on the link to find new photos every day celebrating the Christmas season.
