Christmas Photo Challenge:  Remembering Rogers Christmas House, Brooksville, Florida Roger's Christmas House and Village in Brooksville, Florida, was one of those places that were truly magical.  Located in downtown Brooksville, Rogers Christmas House and Village was first established in 1969 and eventually occupied five historicbuildings that were connected with each other with boardwalks and garden paths.  Originally single family homes, the buildings had inviting porches with comfortable rocking chairs, I presume so that the wait for their wives was easier to bear for the gentlemen.  The inside of these houses were transformed into a Christmas Wonderland, each building with it's own theme, decorated from top to bottom and brimming with corresponding holiday merchandise, decorations, ... 12/23/2010
