  Valencia Real Estate Market Report for March 2024 shows what happened in each Valencia in Delray Beach, Boynton Beach and Lake Worth, Florida for that month.We had a busy winter in south Florida.  It was was quiet at first, and then things took off.  Several factors were involved, I believe, which caused buyers to stop in their tracks and then reconsider.We have more inventory than we've seen in a long time.  There has been a lot of talk about insurance and homes needing new roofs.  This is still true and has been happening in Florida the past few years.If a home has a new roof or is in the process of getting a new roof - it takes time to get permits and order roof tiles - the home will likely sell.  Of course, you still have to think about location and what the rest of the house look...

Bedner's Farm Fresh Market - Locally Grown Produce - Boynton Beach, FL     A quick stop into Bedner's Farm Fresh Market on Sunday afternoon proved to be way more than I had expected.  There were cars everywhere.  We had to wait for a spot, but it was worth it!  Bedner's, if you've never been there, sells their own locally grown produce.  There was also a BBQ going on, a small petting zoo for the kids, some vendors on the lawn, u-pick tomatos and sunflowers.  People were happy and enjoying a beautiful sunny day in Boynton Beach, FL.  Richard was happy because they were serving hot dogs from a cart! No... I've been here at ActiveRain... as long as I have an internet connection... I'll be here. Great tax news from Palm Beach County. Starting January 1, 2011 the sales tax will be 6% instead of 6.5%. The .5% was put on for the construction of schools and expires on December 31, 2010.  Every little bit helps and remember if you are a seasonal renter or you rent your property out for less than 6 months this will lower your tax obligation.
