Our beaches in Bonita Springs are quite nice and only a short ride from I75 at Bonita Beach Road.As a matter of fact, Barefoot Beach in wonderful Bonita Springs was rated the number TWO beach in the COUNTRY. Think about how many beaches there are throughout the country and our Bonita Springs has the number two beach, impressive to say the least.One of, if not the only issue with Bonita Springs beaches is the parking. It is extemely difficult to find a free parking spot in any of the many off street areas designed  for us beach goers and lovers. So here my thoughts on the new Bonita Springs high school. Number one, I'd like to say that going forward for Bonita Springs, I think it is extremely important that the city has their own high school.Being a local realtor and with a large portion of my sales generated specifically in Bonita Springs I find it almost embarrassing that I find my self in the position of telling my clients that we use the high school in Estero because we don't have our own.From that standpoint alone, a build is necessary.Depending on your age, you may have a difference of opinion and being of hopefully sound mind and body, you are thinking rationally. Own Your Own Golf Cart in Bonita Springs Estero FloridaToday I had a home buyer ask me where in Bonita Springs or Estero, Florida can they own their own golf cart.  Most communities do not allow private, personally owned golf carts on the golf course or even as recreational vehicles off of the golf course.  To that end, I have done a little digging and found a few communities that will allow private golf carts within the community and on the community golf course.  At the time this post was published, at any rate. Bonita Springs February Market UpdateThe Bonita Springs real estate market remains strong two months into the year.
