Adverse Possession in Bonita Springs Florida The story goes like this: Realtor attends charity auction and pays waaay too much for a screech owl box as a fundraiser.  Box gets hung at the researched, optimum height, location, direction.  Some birds called a crested fly catcher move in. (Side horror: next to the butterfly  garden).  Finally, screech owls move in and raise a brood or nest full or whatever owls do.  Now this, this squirrel situation. There are babies already.  I haven't caught a photo of them all peeping out at me but they're cute as heck when they do.
