The inventory of homes for sale at the Colony has increased slightly and the “pending” sales have doubled since the last report. The absorption rate has remained static which s would seem to indicate a stabilization in the community. The overall trend in the Bonita Springs – Estero area however is for prices to remain firm with inventory declining.
