I recently relocated to Atlanta from south Florida where I had lived for several years. Interestingly enough, a few miles from my home outside Ft. Myers there was a local winery. I visited this winery on a couple of occassion and purchasing a couple of cases mostly to share with out of town visitors or to have for a day at the beach or by the pool. It might sound odd that a chilled white or blush wine would be the drink of choice for a hot afternoon at the beach, or by the pool but not so. The grapes that far south in Florida are quite sweet, thus the wine is fairly sweet. I would compare the wines from Eden Winery with Rieslings. The winery is small and can be toured in a morning.
