Enjoy A Day at Schofield Park Bunker Hill - Waterbury CT! Going to the park should be a once a week event, at least. During the spring and summer months, it gives the children an opportunity to run and play, and for parents, some down time to relax, enjoy the breeze, and even stop and smell the flowers. Louie's Pizza House You can go to just about any pizza place in town for a slice of pizza, and if you want delivery, then all you have to do is call.  But where do you go when you want something special, that only a few places actually specialize in?   Almost every pizza place in town offers more than just pizza, but only a few offer gyros, and none make them better than Louie's Pizza House.   Seriously, ever since Philly Steak & Gyro at the food court in the Brass Mill Mall shut down several years ago, I was at a loss for where to get a good gyro - lamb, tomato, lettuce, and onions smothered in a special Greek sauce wrapped in pita bread.
