Built in 1948, it was a stately 3 bedroom colonial that would make a wonderful home for someone. The issues was that the kitchen had been updated, but that was all. In the Midst of A City a Bit of Serenity As I was taking a quick bypass to avoid some traffic, I had to pause to just catch a view of the scene before me. Waterbury CT is a larger town in Connecticut and many of its areas are completely developed, many with older homes. The back area near Hamilton Park still has a lot of open area and it just looked so peaceful this afternoon. A small pond that is a very comfortable place to sit and just relax in warmer weather with the benches. There are usually ducks or geese resting on the banks or in the water. There were a few geese on the water but for sure it couldn't have been very warm.
