When a Frustrated Buyer is Almost Ready to Forgo a Purchase I responded to a lead this week and as is often the case with them was resolved to not hear from that client. I was pleasantly surprised when they did call back and ask to see one of my listings in addition to a couple of additional properties. We met up and I was surprised when the client turns very seriously to me and tells me that I was the first agent to respond to their calls. I presumed it was a matter of an inline lead being distributed to several local agents but was then corrected.
