46th Southington CT Apple Harvest Festival It’s the first weekend of the Southington CT Apple Harvest Festival, and although the weather has been questionable the fun is still there. This is the 46th year and it should be every bit as successful with organizers expecting another 100,000 person crowd by the time it ends next Sunday evening. Not all of the booths are open during the week, the Apple Fritter booth will be open every day from 6 AM to closing at 9 pm with exception of Sunday at 6 PM.   There are rides for the kids, with special day passes available.
