  Fab-Forever took to the stage last night in the North Haven summer concert series, and was a major hit with the over-flowing crowd. It was a beautiful night for a concert and the green was packed as Fab Forever played all the Beatles hits we know and love, such as "I wanna hold you hand" and "Eight Days A Week". They had the crowd on their feet and dancing when they preformed their rendition of "Twist and Shout". They finished up their performance with a moving rendition of "Stand by Me" which left the audience shouting for more.If you have a chance to catch this group in your town, don't miss them. The Grand Opening of the Peter's Rock Park was held on Saturday,June 16.  The entrance of the park is located at 133 Middletown Avenue next to First Fuel Gas station, in the Montowese Section of North Haven.After a short dedication ceremony, the flag was raise on the flag pole savaged from the old North Haven High SchoolThere is a newly constructed pavilion at the entrance to the park, with picnic tables where everyone enjoyed the refreshments provided by many local businesses. My next running event in North Haven will be the "NHHS PTSA 5K" on April Fool's Day.  This will be my second time running this course, last year had ideal conditions for me. The median sales price of single-family homes in North Haven remains fairly steady.  The fourth quarter median in 2006 was down about 3% from the high of 2005 but the average sales price remained the same at roughly $344,000.   North Haven prices and the number of units sold faired much better than some of the surrounding towns that have seen declines of 15% or more in both the median selling price & number closed sales.  02/02/2007
