Paying It Forward: Community Service Club of New Fairfield Bakes Apple Pies Community Service Club of New Fairfield is a local service organization established “to provide service and financial assistance through fundraising for the promotion of the common good and general welfare of the Town of New Fairfield. To that end, the Club [focuses] its efforts on causes that benefit groups of people or the Town as a whole.” I have been a member for a number of years.  Every November, the members get together to bake apple pies, which is one of our established annual fundraisers.
