Yesterday, I went to a Milford CT real estate inspection with my son, who was shadowing me for the day. When I was using my Supra Key to open the lockbox, there was a really long delay. The device kept processing and wouldn't move to the next step. I also updated it before I left, so something else was up. Recently, I've had younger clients looking for homes with the help of their parents. These parents have the resources, so with home prices and interest rates at an all time low, they know now is the time to invest. For now, their kids fresh out of college or somewhere in their 20s can live at this investment properties, and down the road they can rent them out or flip them.
