Growing up in the northeast, nothing was more a part of the fall season more than apple picking and choosing pumpkins. As more farms were closing it was hard to find a place where you could go. Fortunately, our daughter Ashley and son in law Tom found a farm and it is close to us. We are happy to have found Silverman’s Farm which is really close to us in Armonk, NY.If you like picking your own apples this is a great place to visit. Until recently you could even watch them make apple cider out of your own apples.Right now at Silverman's you can pick apples for a while longer and also get your pumpkins.
