Columbia Lake Owned and operated by the town of Columbia, Columbia Lake is a welcome respite for the work weary and daily routine down trodden. Columbia Lake is home to various waterside activities, including swimming, and fishing. It is also one of several Lakes in the region that allow motor boating. In order to boat on Columbia Lake, you need to obtain a seasonal pass from the first selectman's office, and register with the town hall.
