Stroh Ranch is a highly desirable community in South Parker 80134.     This community is located West of Parker Road (Highway 83) between Hess Road and Stroh.    You will find single-family homes, condos, and townhomes.   Many of the homes in Anthology (to the West of this community) have this legal description and will show up in searches.  You will know they are in Anthology, as they were all built in the 2000s.  There are currently 1,292 homes in Stroh Ranch.   If you commute to downtown Denver, your commute will be 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic and weather.   Snow will increase this drive time.   However, if you catch the light rail at I-25 and Lincoln, this commute will be shorter and less stressful.   There are two hospitals within close proximity of Stroh Ranch - Sky Ridge...

The Town of Larkspur is located 40 miles south of Denver and West of I-25.   The town was incorporated in 1979 and today is known for the Renaissance Festival held every year in Larkspur and the Yogi Bear's Jellystone Campground.   Most homes in Larkspur are on lots of one acre or more and surrounded by trees.   You will see lots of wildlife - deer, mountain lions, bears (brown & black), foxes, coyotes, and lots of birds.  Going to the grocery store will require a trip to Castle Rock, and depending on where in the town you live, it could be 15 minutes.   There isn't much in the "town", but a gas station, post office, three restaurants, and of course, two golf courses with restaurants.   Bear Dance Golf Course is closer to I-25, and Perry Park Golf Course is on the West side of town. Th...

These past clients closed today on their new Parker home!   They wanted to get closer to town as their child will start driving soon, and they didn't want them to be driving in snow and ice in their first year driving.Their primary home should close next week also, and they were very happy they didn't have to wait long for a closing and have to make two payments! This family relocated from California almost 20 years ago, and this is the sixth transaction I have done for them.   Next week when they close their primary home will be #7 - lucky #7.

I just closed my listing back in June in this complex, and then another client called and wanted to see an active unit in this complex.    They weren't sure they wanted a townhome, but these larger ones, share no common walls, just the garages.  NICE!We viewed the property on Monday, did the inspection on Wednesday, and it was pretty darned clean.  Only minor issues, so buyers are feeling good about this purchase.

Timing is so important when asking for a review, as you don't want to interfere with their moving in!   They want to get unpacked and semi-settled first!  My seller and his fiance moved to Tucson earlier this month, and before they left, I let them know I would wait until they were pretty well-settled in before bugging them, and he said - please send me one! This morning he sent me an email and told me how they were doing, and were almost all unpacked, just had some projects to complete, and please send a link.I got it this afternoon, and when you get a rave review, just makes me smile from ear to ear!Joan has helped me so many times over the last 13 years. She's unmatched in expertise, at remembering/tracking every detail through the buying/selling process, and showing kindness at every...
