The Town of Larkspur is located 40 miles south of Denver and West of I-25.   The town was incorporated in 1979 and today is known for the Renaissance Festival held every year in Larkspur and the Yogi Bear's Jellystone Campground.   Most homes in Larkspur are on lots of one acre or more and surrounded by trees.   You will see lots of wildlife - deer, mountain lions, bears (brown & black), fox, coyotes and lots of birds.  Going to the grocery store will require a trip to Castle Rock, and depending on where in the town you live, it could be 15 minutes.   There isn't much in the "town", but a gas station, post office, three restaurants, and of course two golf courses with restaurants.   Bear Dance Golf Course is closer to I-25, and Perry Park Golf Course is on the West side of town. The po...

County Line Road and East of Delbert Road and homeowners enjoy 5 acre lots.   Lennar built many homes in Elkhorn Ranch, and now you will see some custom builders also.  You will find ranch and two-story homes with 2,178 square feet to 6,173 total finished square feet, with homes having 3-6 bedrooms and 3+ car garages.   Some homes have outbuildings for additional car storage or workshops.  Many of the homes have great views of the mountains. Homes began building in Elkhorn Ranch in 2004 and you will find some new homes currently being built.   You will find many deer, some elk, and small critters in the area.   It is quiet and peaceful!   This community is still close proximity to Aurora and Parker for retail shopping, dining, and Parker Adventist H...

Laura's buyer is now the proud owner of this beautiful home in Parker!   Working with the big box company and an out-of-state title company that only works with email was a tough one.    Melody is very excited to start her next chapter in this beautiful home.   CONGRATULATIONS!  Laura Erwin's Buyer had her eye on this property, set a showing and was sure this was the home she wanted!   It was perfect for what she was looking for.  The home was built in 2000, has three bedrooms and three bathrooms with an attached two-car garage.   It is owned by a "buy-out" company, so she will get possession as soon as she closes in a couple of weeks.

These long-term clients are working on merging their family, as mom is feeling like she should not live by herself, and needed to find a home that would accommodate this couple and mom and each have their own living space.  We looked at a few homes, but this one stood out hands down.    There was more room above ground for this couple, and the right amount of space in the walk-out basement for mom.   AND the VIEWS!   It backs to Black Bear Golf Course, and the views are stunning from every floor in the home!    The yard is spacious and this couple has lots of plans! This home has 6 bedrooms, 5 baths and a loft with a 3 car garage built in 2007 by David Weekley.    This multi-generational family are looking forward to a closing in early November.
