            Next weekend at the Southridge rec center there will be two big events happening for anyone looking to spend Valentine’s Day doing something fun and different.  In Littleton property management we are current with all events offered each week at our four rec centers.  Our tenants take advantage of the many offerings, and membership to the rec centers is free with a Highlands Ranch lease.                Friday will be home to the Therapeutic Recreation Sweetheart Dance from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.  Participants ages 16 and up with special needs can look forward to an evening of dancing, fun, food and prizes.  Members will be charged $9 and any guests will pay $10.  RSVP by tomorrow evening by calling 303-471-7043.  This event is at Southridge rec center.                Saturday wil...

Continuing snow in Littleton and Highlands Ranch has proven irksome for most of the residents in the south east metro area. The snow has affected us on a weekly basis now it seems. There have been several big snow storms one after another. It seems as soon as the sun comes out and starts to thaw the large piles of snow, then another snow storm comes in to greet the people. It seems as soon as you’ve shoveled, there requires another 30-minute session to keep the sidewalks and driveways clear. This has affected traffic in a significant way.
