The median home price in Fort Collins is about $235,000. That will get you into a 3 bedroom home pretty easy. You can even find a 4 bedroom home or 5 bedroom home in Fort Collins for about that. A ranch floor plan too! I am a very big fan of the $200,000 to $300,000 price range. Nothing sells better in Fort Collins than a home in that range. I'd even open that up a little to include homes in the $150,000 to $350,000 price point. These are the residential homes I love to sell!
