                It is now open, Shake Shack in RiNo, Denver.  This was an east coast burger joint that has now opened the doors to it’s first Denver location.  Working in Denver property management, we are thrilled every time there is a new popular addition to our vast selection of meal choices.  We even believe that this burger gives In-n-Out a run for its money.  The menu is much more diverse and far ranging than In-n-Out and offers chicken sandwiches, as well as multiple burger variations, custards and flat top griddled hot dogs.  You really should stop by to check out the full menu and see what you like the most.  The hype is going to be high for a bit since the joint just opened.  But it is a fast casual sit down deal, and you shouldn’t have to wait so long after you’ve ordered.  J... 03/29/2018

 Working in Denver property management has us in the best parts of town to see what’s going on during the crowded weekends. Part of the perk of having showings in these areas means that as soon as we are done we can go visit some of the awesome events right in the thick of things. If you have been to Ratio Beerworks in RiNo you will know they are a popular brewery. Lines grow quickly but move swiftly. There are multiple food trucks outside for the right food and beer combo. There is an outside area which will only gain in popularity once the weather starts warming. This weekend is supposed to be 55 and sunny, which is plenty of warmth for people to go outside.                 If you are looking for something a little lower key for the New Year’s Eve night, look no further than the 16th Street Mall stretch and the surrounding bars and restaurants.  Most restaurants will not be open after midnight, but a good few will be right up until that point.  Many bars will be crowded as a second choice for people who are not attending the grand parties or the giant concerts.  In Denver property management we have spent a lot of time in the new neighborhoods that are up and coming in Denver.  We have seen how many options there are for a night out, and there is no shortage of events if you know where to look.                Simply crawling along RiNo in anticipation of the big turnover to 2018, will see plenty of options to have some merriment.  There wil... 12/28/2017
