Next Gen Homes by Lennar - What a concept! I became aware of these homes about a year and a half ago when I was at a Builder Realty Council breakfast and trade show. I can not believe that builders have not included at least one variation of this concept in every community they build in. The simple concept is, a full residential home with a built in one bedroom apartment with its own access. With all the sandwich generation going on, this makes perfect sense to me.
