 This beautiful property went on the market, and within a few hours, received a full price non-contingent offer, and the Seattle buyers were sure this was the one. My Sellers were relocated by their company first part of August, and today and Buyers closed on their home in Colorado.  It was fun to see this home was the highest price for a resale home in Sorrel Ranch by $40K, and never had an appraisal issue. This is a testament to the upgrades and condition of this home by the Sellers.  Today these buyers took possession of their townhome in Woodgate in Aurora, CO, and could not be happier.    They were web visitors and were ready to buy when they started searching on my web site.  I began to send them listings, and found this property on our 2nd day out, and was an instant hit! They wanted/needed 3 bedrooms, and preferred the main floor bedroom, and the hardwood flooring throughout the property.    It had been updated and freshly painted.   They loved the two-story great room!  No more renting, and can now say they own property in Colorado!   Congratulations, and know they will make many new memories in their new home.

 It is wonderful when a web visitor is ready to start their search.   We hit the ground running, and looking for multi-family properties near the Denver Tech with a "Denver" address.   After seeing all the properties that were available, I asked if we could maybe view South Aurora properties, and they would only be ten minutes from the Tech Center.   THAT WAS THE KEY! Saw a remodeled property in Woodgate Commons that had the three bedrooms and square footage he had required.     This property is vacant, and the lender can get him to closing pretty quick.    Inspection has been completed, and appraisal should be done by end of week. This is this buyer's first home in Colorado, and has not owned a property for 18 years, so will be SO excited to hand over his keys in a couple of weeks!
